C# Visual Studio Express 2008

I downloaded and installed the Express edition to the C# Visual Studio 2008. Wow, pretty cool, however, you will have to give up the SQL 2000 data connection on strongly typed datasets if you use the C# edition for windows apps.

If you use the Web Developer edition you will be cool! SQL Server connection IS included...

I highly recommend that you download it from ASP.NET (you will have to have ASP.NET 3.5 installed!)

Gravatar You forgot to mention that the C# version is a seperate download from the Web Developer. The Web Developer allows you to choose between C3 and VB, cool, thanks! 11/29/2007 9:12 PM | Ron
